If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at mackenzie-childs@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the piece or refund that line.

Handmade ceramics may show small variations in color and pattern. Those studio marks are part of the work and are not defects.

Unused items in original packing may be returned within 14 days. Return shipping on change-of-mind orders is the customer’s cost unless we shipped the wrong piece.
